To best serve you, we subcribe to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) -- currently the largest multiple listing service in Washington 
State and in the Northwest. Based in Kirkland and owned by its member brokers, it currently encompasses nearly 2,100 companies with more than 26,000 sales associates. Together they serve 19 counties, mostly in western Washington, plus Grant, Kittitas and Okanogan counties in the central part of the state. Our membership in NWMLS allows us us access to up-to-the-minute information regarding all active properties anywhere in the state.
